She has experience in academic research and monitoring and evaluation for multilateral programmes. Vaisnavi enjoys working with qualitative and quantitative data to explore the means of improving the impact of programmes, and has monitoring and evaluation experience in programmes addressing the different elements of the Sustainable Development Goals including digital financial inclusion, health, poverty, and other social issues.
