What we do

DOT operates youth-led economic, education and leadership programs all over the world. Our programs are delivered by DOT Interns - young new graduates with a passion for change - to people in communities that are developing, in transition, or under stress.

Digital Opportunity Trust

DOT Interns deliver technology and business training in their local communities while gaining 21st century workforce readiness skills for themselves.

DOT Interns are recruited from local universities and colleges in the communities where we work. They are equipped with facilitation, coaching, mentoring, technology, and communication skills, and placed in communities to facilitate DOT programs.

Our Interns become change agents, mentors, and role models. Because they are delivering DOT programs in communities they are personally familiar with, they are uniquely able to connect with local young people, women, and business owners to ensure that the people who need it most are benefiting from learning experiences that can change their lives.

After completing their 9-month placement, DOT Interns are equipped to enter the workforce as talented, experienced, and in-demand professionals.
