Localization

DOT is a network of country teams all based on a fundamental principle of localization.

In every country DOT operates in, we establish a local organization staffed by local professionals, recruit local young people to become DOT Interns, and develop local partnerships that help us access the populations and communities where our programs will have the most impact.
