The Leadership Essentials program intends to enhance Intern’s capacity to be effective in leadership roles and processes. Further, the Interns will be able to explain and model their learning to others in their organization. This in turn, contributes to their organization’s capacity to enact the necessary leadership tasks. The Interns lean about
