Janet Longmore visits with Dujiangyan City Vice Mayor
On Feb.23, Janet Longmore led a 4-person group to visit Dujiangyan City, China.
On Feb.23, Janet Longmore, CEO of Digital Trust Opportunity led a 4-person group to visit Dujiangyan City. DOT's group made a call on Vice Mayor Yan Daixiong and debriefed the current progress of DOT-CISCO program/TeachUp in Dujiangyan High School, which focuses on training and coaching schools in learning multi-media technology for teaching. Vice Mayor Yan expressed thanks to DOT on behalf of the Dujiangyan City government and proposed extending mutual cooperation. After the meeting, the DOT team held an exchange meeting with Dujiangyan High School and discussed the issues and possible solutions in program implementation. The DOT team expressed their surprise in witnessing the tremendous speed and progress in post-quake reconstruction and their appreciation of the government's great efforts.
