Hi, my name is Kalyn Sanford, I go by Kal though, it tends to lessen some confusion.  I'm a 2nd year TeachUp! intern.  Last year I worked at the Petal Middle School.  I can honestly say it was the most fun job I've ever had.  It was nice working in the schools and helping teachers, because its hard to argue that they don't deserve a little help sometimes.  Also, the other interns and DOT staff helped make it a great year.  Help was never that far away, if anyone needed it.

This year I'm hoping for more of the same like last schoolyear.  I can already see improvements in the program this year as far as training purposes and see no reason why we can't have another great year with DOT.
