Technologies currently available at the school: approx. 600 desktops and 2 - 3 printers in each class and throughout the school, approx. 95 Laptops, 87 projectors, 7 promethean boards, and 5 Computer Labs with approx. 30 computers in each of them The Software that is used at Higgins is - Microsoft Office Professional 2003, Windows XP, Vista, Windows 98, Inspiration 8.0, Higgins has an e-board and wireless internet. Also IP Phones in every classroom and in the Offices, and the Library. All teachers and administrators have Dell Laptops that they use for Presentations and to assist with the visual part of teaching.
ICT-enablement priorities for 2007-2008 academic year: Increase technology use and growth throughout the school for upcoming years.
