Over the last few days I have been trying very hard to communicate to my participants to actually understand what is actually happening.It was just after I finished my non computer modules when I had to switch to a different center because the previous center could not fully accommodate the computer modules.I had to hold my participants despite their eagerness to meet the computer until the right time came for training.That is when I realized the power of a good communication rapport and the sensitivity of handling the community.
lastly I wish you all my fellow interns and the DOT fraternity all the best as you work hard to change lifes.
