Great Achievement
I have joined this TEACH-UP program for almost three months, and then I've got some great achievements in my job. Most of the teachers I worked with made great progress both in their teaching and in their ICT level. At the beginning, some of them did not even know how to open computers , but after our team work, all of them mastered the basic knowledge of computers. Moreover, some of them wrote course wares to improve their teaching efficiency.
I feel very happy about my work and achievements. I hope I can do better and carry on this success pattern in my future work.

It’s a reflection
I have been facilitating ReachUP! for my second month now with small scale business persons and tell you what, the strides you have made are so amazing. I am glad you share the satisfaction of starting off a participant from zero knowledge in computers and see them slowly get hold and apply the skills you facilitate.
