The participants gave varied answers and the class being a mix of the youth and women i sought to group and weigh their answers.one particular elderly lady had a very inspiring answer full of experience and wisdom.She said '' I wonder why the reach up program never came by three years before i could be at the top of the world.it's not been easy selling my jikos without the computer knowledge they've stolen a lot from me through the computer,but now it will be no more.And to you young ones, you will never achieve anything in the world of labor market unless you have the basic knowledge in computer and how to work with the internet,take this course work with all your might and the seriousness it deserves seek not to get just the certificate but to apply the ICT to make the world know and appreciate your existence,make change in your lives through IT......." Imagine when the optic fibre cables infiltrate in the rural areas and the IT be decentralized up to the villages everyone will be able to browse from his/her bedroom!!,so when this is achieved what next technology do we anticipate or wish to be available?
