Hi, my name is David Thiberville and I am currently a TeachUp! Intern in Louisiana.  I am stationed at Riverdale Middle School which is currently a phase 2 school.  While participating in the DOT Internship, I am also a Senior at the University of New Orleans majoring in Elementary Education.  I have lived in New Orleans my whole and love living here.  New Orleans is where my heart is from Mardi Gras to Jambalaya, I don't think I could live anywhere else in the world.  I also plan on teaching here in the New Orleans area once I graduate.  My biggest aspiration in life is to change the life of one child who can look up to me as a role model and remember me when they are old and gray and say when they look at their yearbook, "That guy changed my life forever."  On the extra-curricular note, in my spare time I love to read, especially Harry Potter and any good fantasy book that I can get my hands on, I also like to play video games, go to the movies, and shop.
