SOS Children's Villages
SOS Children’s Villages are the partner to DOT Ethiopia.
The first cycle of Reach Up! Training was given in SOS Awassa to 16 community youth recruited outside of the village; from the neighboring Kebele. The training lasted from April 12 to May 4, 2007.
Out of the 16 participants that have successfully completed the training, 4 were men while the rest 12 were women. The participants’ age ranged between 20 and 25 years. Additionally, in the beginning of August we have stated to deliver Reach up program for SOS VTC (Vocational Training Center).
