My name is Sosena Mesfen. I am a graduate from Jimma University in Business Management with a BA degree. After graduation I have been working with Alli Said Anam company and with Addis Ababa Youth Association as a volunteer and as sub-city coordinator. 

Now I am a DOT Ethiopia Intern; I have been working with two centers after the Kenya training. Now I am ready to give training for the 3^rd center. I trained 45 participants from two centers. They are very committed and motivated because these young people are without a job, so in order to create sustainable livelihoods for themselves and for their family, they need support to empower themselves with new technology. 

This training helps them as a window to see that their life has been changed after many years. So they are motivated to stand and change their life by using new technology. My participants are very disciplined and very friendly, some of them have effectively started their livelihood project.  I have a lot of fun when I am with them.
